Email Template Variants lets staff manage the translated versions of one email template. Each variant has:
  • A two-letter language code, such as EN or FR.
  • The template content, edited in the rich text editor.
  • A default marker managed by BillingServ.

Editing variants

Add a variant when you need another language, then enter its two-letter code and content. The default variant cannot be deleted from this page. Keep the meaning and available placeholders consistent between languages. Save the form after reviewing the content in each variant.
