Invoice Detail opens when staff select an invoice from the invoice list or an order. It shows the invoice status and provides actions for billing follow-up.What you can do
- Review the invoice record and current status.
- Update the invoice status when appropriate.
- Issue a credit note for a refund or adjustment.
- Delete a credit note when it was created incorrectly.
Credit note fields
- Invoice status: The current billing state shown on the invoice.
- Refund amount: The amount to credit or refund.
- Reason: The explanation stored with the credit note.
- Credit note number: The credit note record selected for deletion when removing an incorrect note.
