What this page is for

Customer Detail is the staff view for working on one customer account. It is opened from the Customers list and is available to administrators.

What you can do

  • Review customer details and account totals.
  • See the customer’s orders and invoices.
  • Add an order for an existing customer.
  • Add or update customer credit.
  • Save internal notes.
  • Log in as the customer when you need to reproduce their view.
  • Merge the account into another customer account.
Take care with credit changes, merges, and customer impersonation. Check the account and target customer before confirming those actions.

Customer detail controls

  • Log in as customer: Opens the customer-facing account as that customer for troubleshooting.
  • Create invoice: Opens a new invoice for the selected customer.
  • Add order: Starts an order for the customer. Choose a package group, package, optional discount, and any integration fields shown for that package.
  • Add credit: Opens the credit adjustment form. Enter the amount carefully because it changes the customer’s available balance.
  • Orders: Lists the customer’s services and order status.
  • Invoices: Lists invoices linked to the customer.
  • Notes: Stores internal account notes.
  • Merge account: Moves the account into another customer account. Select the destination account only after checking both records.
