The CMS area is where you manage the content that appears on your site — things like packages, add‑ons, pages, blog posts, FAQs, and knowledge base articles. From the sidebar you’ll see:
  • Packages – The main products your customers can order.
  • Package Options – Add‑ons and extras that can be attached to packages.
  • Pages / Blogs / FAQ – Marketing and help content that lives on your public site.
  • Knowledge Base – Longer-form help articles, organised into categories.
If you’re setting things up for the first time, it’s usually easiest to:
  1. Create your core Packages.
  2. Add any Package Options you want to sell alongside them.
  3. Create a few key Pages / Blog posts / FAQs for your website.
  4. Build out your Knowledge Base over time as questions come in.
