Company Settings contains the business and site information used across BillingServ. The page includes the site name, business name, contact name, phone, fax, email, address, country, county or state, and postal code. It also includes customer-facing login settings and other account options. Keep these details up to date because they can appear in customer communications and billing documents.

Site settings

  • Site name: The name shown in the panel and customer-facing site.
  • Company logo: The logo used by the site and panel branding.
  • Require login for frontend: Makes customers sign in before using the frontend.
  • Disable customer panel login: Prevents customer access to the customer panel when enabled.

Contact records

The page maintains account, mailing, billing, admin, and technical contacts. Each contact can include business name, contact name, phone, fax, email, address lines, city, country, county or state, and postal code. The Same as account contact information checkbox copies the main account contact into the selected contact record. Use it when those contacts should stay identical; clear it before entering separate billing or technical details.
