What this report does

This report is for packages that deliver files or licences. It shows what happened after an order was placed, including download activity and licence activations.

What you can see

  • Order ID and customer
  • Package
  • Download status and download count
  • Effective licence status
  • Number of active licence activations
  • Latest activation time
  • Order status
  • Licence expiry date
  • Order creation date
Use it to investigate a customer who cannot download a product, check activation limits, or find licences that are close to expiry.

Filters and actions

  • Includes downloads: Shows only entitlements with digital download access.
  • Includes a license: Shows only entitlements with a licence key.
  • Download status: Filters active, locked, expired, suspended, or revoked downloads.
  • Stored license status: Filters active, reissued, suspended, expired, or deactivated licence records.
  • Order status: Filters entitlements by the linked order state.
  • View order: Opens the related order detail page for staff who have customer access.
