What is BillingServ affiliate management?
BillingServ now includes a customer affiliate programme inside the same platform you use for orders, invoices and account management. Customers can join your programme, copy a personal referral link and share ready-made banners from their own dashboard.
When a referred customer buys an eligible product, BillingServ keeps the order and referral connected. Once the related invoice is paid, the correct commission is added to the affiliate balance using the rules you have set.

Choose percentage or fixed commissions, decide whether commission applies to the first payment or every recurring payment, and set different rules globally, by product or for an individual affiliate.

Yes. BillingServ supports percentage and fixed commissions. You can use global settings and optionally override them for a product or an individual affiliate.
Can affiliates earn commission on recurring payments?
Yes. You can choose first-payment-only commission or commission on every eligible recurring payment.
How do affiliate withdrawals work?
You set the commission delay and minimum withdrawal. Affiliates can request account credit, and you can also allow transfer requests. An administrator reviews the request before it is paid or rejected.
