We have just rolled out three additions to BillingServ: a built-in affiliate system, Mollie payments and Flutterwave payments.
Together, they make it easier to bring in new customers and give them more ways to pay. All three are available now.
Run your customer affiliate programme inside BillingServ
Affiliate programmes can work well, but they often add another dashboard, another export and another balance that somebody has to check.
We wanted the BillingServ version to start with the commercial record you already trust. A referral should connect to the customer, order, invoice and payment that created the commission. If a payment changes later, the affiliate record should make sense too.
Customers can now join your affiliate programme from their own account and get a personal referral link. You can also upload branded banners, giving them something ready to share without asking every partner to build their own creative.
On the admin side, you can:
- Choose fixed or percentage commissions
- Pay commission on the first payment or on eligible recurring payments
- Set global rules with product and affiliate-level overrides
- Add a new-customer bonus
- Choose the referral cookie lifetime
- Delay commission availability
- Set a minimum withdrawal balance
- Offer account credit and optionally allow transfer requests
- Make explained balance adjustments
There is also an affiliate risk review. It brings together useful signals such as shared login IP addresses, matching billing details, unusual referral velocity, refund patterns and repeated low-value orders. It does not make the decision for you. It gives your team more context before approving a payout.

With its roots in the Netherlands, Mollie brings cards and popular European payment methods into BillingServ, including iDEAL, SEPA bank transfer, Bancontact and Klarna.
