Version 2.3.9 Released

In this version, we have released some bug fixes and improvements.

Bug Fix: Fixed an issue with the popup when creating a customer which would redirect before popping up.
Bug Fix: Fixed an issue when you refresh the checkout page the discount code didn't stay applied
Bug Fix: Fixed an issue with credit not being applied correctly when tax is configured on the package.
Bug Fix: Fixed an issue with customers not being able to cancel their services
Improvement: Updated the discount list view to show Unlimited uses instead of -1.
Improvement: Add Email/ID to customers when creating a ticket from the admin panel.
