When we first built BillingServ, our goal was to create a unified platform capable of tackling the unique challenges of infrastructure billing, client automation, and web hosting management all in one place. Over time, we expanded our offering with a fully white-label VPN solution. Since then, BillingServ has grown to power businesses across the globe. But as with any long-running system, growth adds complexity and with complexity comes friction.

BillingServ v3.0.0 is our response to that.

This isn’t just an update or a checklist of new features. It’s a complete reimagining of BillingServ: technically, visually, and philosophically. Over the past several months, we’ve rebuilt the platform from the inside out with a single focus making it faster, cleaner, and more capable for the people who rely on it every day. Rebuilt on Stronger Foundations

At its core, BillingServ has always run on Laravel but in v3.0.0, we’ve gone much further than a framework update. The platform’s entire codebase has been restructured for clarity, performance, and extensibility. Old logic was rethought, inconsistencies removed, and the result is a codebase that’s easier to work with and far more powerful under the hood.

On the frontend, we’ve adopted FilamentPHP v3 to power our new admin interface. The experience is sleeker, more responsive, and much more intuitive. Whether you’re managing billing cycles, servers, users, or support tickets, everything now feels faster and more fluid because it is.

This foundation is about more than performance. It sets the stage for rapid iteration and new features we couldn’t easily build before. It’s not just a facelift it’s a reboot.

Smarter Infrastructure Management

If you’ve ever managed a VPN, provisioned servers, or run deployments through BillingServ, you’ll immediately notice the difference. We’ve rebuilt our infrastructure tools to be faster, safer, and more insightful.

You can now provide multiple VPN connections to your customers. Server deployments are not only quicker but also more resilient. And thanks to live server stats, you’ll have real-time visibility into bandwidth, uptime, storage, ram and connection health.

A Platform That Communicates Better

BillingServ has always handled billing and support. Now, it helps you communicate more clearly, too.

With our new email template editor, you can customize outgoing messages to your heart’s content. From invoices to system alerts, every message is now easier to manage and perfectly aligned with your brand.

We’ve also reworked the ticketing system to make support faster and cleaner. From a new frontend contact form with department routing to improved agent tools and clearer ticket categorization, the support experience has been elevated across the board.

Bookings, Built In

A new era calls for new tools and we’re proud to unveil our all-new Booking System. Designed to be simple yet powerful, it offers an elegant way to schedule sessions with clients directly through the platform.

Admins can easily book time using a clean interface, set up billing for each appointment, and send confirmation emails in just a few clicks. It’s a perfect fit for anyone offering onboarding, consulting, or support hours and it’s seamlessly integrated into BillingServ.

Security Where It Matters Most

Security is at the core of a reliable platform. In v3.0.0, we’ve introduced a range of enhancements designed to further protect accounts and ensure a safer, more trusted experience for every user.

• Login alerts now notify users when a new device or location is detected.
• CAPTCHA on login and registration helps prevent bots and brute-force attempts.
• Session handling and authentication flows have also been streamlined for greater resilience.

These enhancements aren’t flashy but they’re essential.
