# Pending Orders

> Find orders that are still waiting to be processed.

## What this page is for

Pending Orders shows orders with a pending status. It gives staff a focused queue for orders that still need attention.

## What you can see

* Order ID
* Customer name
* Package or service
* Price
* Order date
* Pending status

Use the **View Order** action to open the full order detail page. Start here when a customer asks why an order has not been completed yet.
