# API Settings

## What this page is for

API Settings is the account-level page for API access information.

Use it when connecting an external system or checking which API details your integration should use. Treat the values on this page as credentials and share them only with systems you trust.

The endpoint reference contains the request and response details for the available API operations.

The API page also provides the webhook configuration used by the account. Keep the webhook URL public enough for BillingServ to reach it, but protect the receiving endpoint with signature or token checks on your side.
